Welcome to
Clayton Medical Centre

The fastest way to be seen for a non-urgent (not life-threatening) medical issue is to use the NHS app or the Accurx online form, which will send the details straight to the GP who review your issue on the day. If you have not registered for online access, then you can call the practice to discuss your medical issue.

All medical details taken from calls are sent to the GP via the same system as Accurx/NHS app.

If our practice is at capacity for the day and your medical issue is pressing enough, calling 111 is the best option until the following day. If your issue is mild, please wait to contact us until after 8AM the following working day.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Online Services

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

The Accurex online form can also be used for Medical Issues, Fit Notes, ordering Repeat Prescriptions, or viewing Test Results.
